Job Title - Technical Support - VDI Horizon

Location - Bangalore , Mumbai , Chennai

Experience - 8 to 10 years

Work Mode - Hybrid

Shift Timings - 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM ( US Shift)

Note - Female candidates will work from office till 8:00 PM and can continue the shift from home

Must Have's :

- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure.

- 4+years of experience in Omnissa Horizon/VMware View/Horizon View/VMware Horizon

- Proven experience with VMware Enterprise Products, EUC Horizon.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage Omnissa Horizon VDI environments in large-scale enterprise setups

- Administer and integrate Workspace ONE Access, Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), and third-party IDM solutions

- Perform advanced troubleshooting for Horizon infrastructure, including connection servers, UAG, and desktop pools

- Handle end-user issues related to VDI performance, login failures, profiles, and application access

- Monitor system performance and conduct log analysis to identify and resolve issues proactively

- Automate routine operational tasks using basic scripting (PowerShell, etc.)

- Create and maintain detailed HLD, LLD, and technical documentation

- Manage and support VMware technologies including ESXi, vSphere, and related components

- Work on hybrid infrastructure environments involving AWS, Azure, and on-premises platforms

- Ensure proper configuration and troubleshooting of networking components (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors (Microsoft, VMware, OEMs) for issue resolution

- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 support teams

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the VDI environment

- Support on-call activities and work in rotational shifts (including US/UK time zones)

Qualifications Required :

- Overall 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure

- 4+ years of proven experience with VMware Enterprise Products, EUC Horizon

- Expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises solutions.
