Responsibilities :
- Own technical support tickets and resolve customer issues across product features.
- Collaborate with engineering/product teams for escalations and fixes.
- Help customers with API integrations, cloud deployments, and environment setups.
- Maintain internal support documentation and guides.
- Provide technical walkthroughs and build strong customer trust.
- Work during India's daytime hours but support global clients.
Requirements :
- 4- 6 years in technical support, customer success, or engineering support roles.
- Good understanding of APIs, logs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Hands-on with tools like Postman, CLI, Linux, and monitoring/logging tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or DevTool startup.
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
