Technical Support Engineer - IT Operations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish, implement, regulate and improvise internal processes for database management

- Explore the advanced features of different Windows Based, cloud based and other applications and train teams for employment of the applications;

- Lead and own design and development of tools for digitizing internal operations

- Support in the organization and implementation of events, organization of internal meetings

- Use Microsoft 365 apps/ Sharepoint/ Azure for the purpose of CRM and ERP

- Discover and adopt new technologies in the day to day operations of the organization

- Creating reports, summaries and presentations for the offices administrative needs

- Troubleshoot day to day breakdowns in software, hardware and networking;

- Train and guide teams on use of ITeS;

- Coordinate with third party service ITeS providers;

- Coordinate and collaborate with different internal teams.

Education and Work Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

- Bachelors/ Master's degree in Computer Science or related field BCA/MCA/ B.Tech (CS)/M.Tech or any other equivalent degree;

- Another educational degree/certificate in an information technology related field with equivalent work experience

- Organizational skills: independence, operability and meticulousness

- Ability to work under the pressure

- Problem solving and multitasking

- Responsibility for tasks, projects, working on goals

- Own initiative and involvement in entrusted tasks
