Key Responsibilities :

- Provide advanced technical support for freight pay systems, ensuring high availability and operational efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, focusing on Java SE, front-end/HTML, and scheduling tools.

- Manage system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business teams, and external vendors to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions.

- Lead initiatives to improve system processes, performance, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and maintain Atomic Scheduling Tool for batch execution and monitoring.

- Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices for future reference.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.

- Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Education & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Relevant certifications (ITIL, Java, or cloud-based certifications) are a plus.

Experience :

- 6- 7 years of experience in technical support or system administration.

- Proven background in freight payment systems or logistics-related technologies.

- Strong track record in debugging Java SE and supporting front-end/HTML development.

Technical Skills :

Mandatory :

- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging in Java SE.

- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML).

- Strong experience with Atomic Scheduling Tool troubleshooting and support.

- Proficiency in freight pay systems and ERP platform integration.

- Solid understanding of system administration best practices.

Preferred :

- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) within system support contexts.

- Knowledge of database management and reporting tools
