- Experience Required : 2+ years (candidates with lesser experience may be considered for appropriate roles)

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide customer-facing technical support for web-based products or e-commerce systems.

- Install, implement, and maintain one or more of the following technologies :

- LDAP/Active Directory

- SSO solutions (e.g., SAML, SiteMinder)

- Email infrastructure

- Web services (SOAP, REST consuming or providing)

- Data extraction technologies (e.g., JDBC, ODBC)

- Network infrastructure

- Manage and troubleshoot bi-directional, automated integrations between systems.

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve integration issues and provide technical guidance.

- Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

- Ensure timely resolution of client issues while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Required Skills & Competencies :


- 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in web-based products or e-commerce environments.

- Hands-on experience with system integration, SSO, LDAP, email systems, web services, and data extraction.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Exposure to automated integration tools or middleware solutions.

- Knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure.

- Prior experience in customer-facing technical support roles with measurable success in issue resolution
