Description :
- Provide customer-facing technical support for web-based products or e-commerce systems.
- Install, implement, and maintain one or more of the following technologies :
- LDAP/Active Directory
- SSO solutions (e.g., SAML, SiteMinder)
- Email infrastructure
- Web services (SOAP, REST consuming or providing)
- Data extraction technologies (e.g., JDBC, ODBC)
- Network infrastructure
- Manage and troubleshoot bi-directional, automated integrations between systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve integration issues and provide technical guidance.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues while maintaining high standards of customer service.
