Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud technologies, software systems, and application support. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy analyzing complex systems, working with APIs, monitoring tools, and databases, and supporting cloud-based and on-premise applications.

- Analyze and support cloud-based and on-premise software systems.

- Troubleshoot application and system-level issues effectively.

- Monitor system performance using logging and monitoring tools.

- Work with REST APIs using tools like Postman, Chrome DevTools, cURL, and Swagger.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth operations.

- 2+ years of experience in cloud, technical, product, or application support roles.

- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and software architectures.

- Ability to read and understand Python or C# code.

- Experience with relational databases (RDBMS) and strong SQL skills.

- Willingness to work from office in rotational shifts and join immediately.
