What you'll do :

- Resolve technical issues for enterprise customers and partners through our support portal.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Linux/Unix (LAMP) servers, networking, PKI, virtualization, and SaaS/cloud services

- Provide expert support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) across Apple iOS/MacOS, Android, and Windows devices

- Partner with product, engineering, and customer teams to streamline incident resolution

- Lead efforts to maintain service quality during system outages and escalations

- Advise customers on best practices for deploying and securing Ivanti products

- Collaborate across global teams to identify and implement service improvements

What you will bring :

- Proven hands-on troubleshooting skills in Linux/Unix systems and LAMP stack, or networking, PKI, and virtualization

- Strong experience with MDM solutions for Apple, Android, and Windows

- Practical knowledge of SaaS/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Docker), microservices, and B2B

customer support

- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-first attitude

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional

experience

Preferred skills :

- Experience with DNS, IP networking, firewalls, SMTP, HTTPS, load balancers, ActiveSync, and email systems

- Certifications : Linux, CCNA, MCTS, VCP

- Familiarity with Exchange, Active Directory, ISA/TMG, NDES, KDC
