Position : Technical Support Engineer

Experience : 2 - 3 years

Location : Mumbai , Bangalore( Deputation )

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer with 23 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, hands-on experience with Linux, and the ability to assist customers with technical issues efficiently. A good understanding of shell scripting and PL/SQL is essential for troubleshooting and automation tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to customers through email, calls, and remote sessions.

- Understand, analyse, and resolve issues related to product usage, deployment, and configuration.

- Work with Linux-based environments to diagnose and fix system-level issues.

- Write and modify shell scripts for automation, log analysis, and troubleshooting.

- Use PL/SQL to query databases, validate data, and support backend investigations.

- Document issues, resolutions, and best practices clearly and accurately.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, QA, Product) to ensure timely resolutions.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and clarity in all customer communications.

- Ensure SLAs are met and provide regular updates to customers without the need for follow-

ups.
