Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced L3 Technical Support Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, providing advanced technical support, and driving continuous improvement in IT operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee daily IT operations to ensure seamless business continuity and optimal system performance.

- Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Monitor and manage overall IT infrastructure including networks, storage, and security systems.

- Provide L3-level technical support for escalated incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and new technologies.

- Maintain proper documentation for configurations, issues, and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

Mandatory Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration, networking, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

- Hands-on experience with backup, monitoring, and patch management tools.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Experience : 4- 8 years in IT infrastructure and technical support roles
