Technical Specialist - Quality Assurance

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist (QA Lead) to drive quality assurance initiatives for digital projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual and automation testing, hands-on experience with modern testing tools, and the ability to lead QA efforts across the full software testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as QA Lead for digital projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables

- Manage end-to-end Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) activities

- Plan, design, and execute test cases (manual and automation) across UI, business logic, and data layers

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium/UI Path

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing

- Identify, log, track, and report defects; provide clear status reports on testing progress

- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, providing actionable insights and solutions

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate deliverables

- Create and manage test data to simulate real-world scenarios

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for task ownership, timelines, and delivery impact

- Continuously improve test processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7 to 10 years of experience in software testing and QA

- Strong experience in manual testing and test case design

- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium / UI Path)

- Solid understanding of STLC, testing methodologies, and QA processes

- Experience working in Agile development environments

- Experience in cross-browser and cross-device testing

- Strong knowledge of defect management tools and processes

- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Azure DevOps ADO)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM / CQ5)

- Exposure to mobile automation testing using Selenium WebDriver

- Experience in automation framework design and enhancement

- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
