- Document implementations, support cases, and solution steps.

Technical Requirements & Skills :

- Experience : 2+ years in technical support, engineering, or system operations.

- Skills : Understanding of APIs, cloud basics, databases, and product architecture.

- Tools : Jira, Postman, SQL clients, monitoring tools.

- Communication : Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical users.

- Bonus : Experience with SaaS tools, automations, or integration workflows.
