Role Overview :

We're looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer who can take ownership of client integrations and drive seamless product adoption. You'll act as a technical bridge between customers, sales, product, and engineering teams, ensuring every solution is both technically sound and business-ready.

This role demands curiosity, accountability, and the ability to simplify complex technology into clear, actionable solutions. You'll play a key part in defining integration strategies, refining APIs, and influencing product development from a customer lens.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and document business workflows and integration requirements.

- Map out event triggers, data flows, and system dependencies to support smooth end-to-end integrations.

- Set up, test, and validate API-based configurations for various client use cases.

- Monitor API performance and ensure uptime, reliability, and data integrity.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation-API references, test cases, configuration details, and meeting notes.

- Participate in client meetings to clarify operational dependencies and integration logic.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through strong debugging and analytical thinking.

- Partner with the product team to improve existing features and contribute to new capabilities.

- Identify risks, blockers, and technical gaps early and communicate them proactively.

What We're Looking For :

- API Proficiency : Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats.

- Programming Skills : Hands-on experience in Python-comfortable reading, debugging, and troubleshooting scripts.

- Database Skills : Ability to write and interpret SQL queries for validation and debugging.

- Security Awareness : Sound understanding of authentication, encryption, and API access control best practices.

- Communication : Exceptional clarity in both written and verbal communication-able to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Documentation Discipline : Produces structured, detailed, and actionable technical notes and MoMs.

- Problem Solving : Analytical thinker with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
