Role Overview :
The Technical Solution Manager will be responsible for orchestrating complex software solution delivery across multiple agile teams. This individual will lead technical discussions, oversee system architecture alignment, and ensure that all development initiatives adhere to high standards of scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Delivery Leadership : Manage and orchestrate delivery across multiple cross-functional development teams operating in different regions, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Technical Alignment : Drive alignment between Product and Engineering teams throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Solution Architecture : Evaluate and negotiate product scope with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure compliance with platform architecture and technical best practices.
- Stakeholder Management : Represent technical teams in client-facing sessions translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Cross-Team Coordination : Collaborate with Squad Leads to define release plans, track delivery milestones, and manage dependencies between teams.
- Quality Governance : Partner with QA teams to enforce quality benchmarks, review test strategies, and ensure defect-free releases.
- Coaching & Mentorship : Guide and mentor squad leads to build high-performing development teams with a strong culture of technical excellence and accountability.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify process bottlenecks, propose improvement strategies, and ensure adherence to Agile best practices across delivery streams.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of software architecture principles, system integration patterns, and modern development frameworks.
- Delivery Management : Proven experience managing end-to-end software delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Architectural Knowledge : Hands-on understanding of architectural patterns such as microservices, event-driven systems, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
- Leadership & Communication : Strong ability to influence, motivate, and manage technical teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a structured approach to resolving technical and delivery challenges.
- Negotiation & Collaboration : Skilled at balancing business priorities with technical feasibility, driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency : Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale software development and distributed system architecture.
- Background in technical program management or solution architecture roles.
