Position Title : Technical/ Solution Architect Python || Immediate Joiners.

Experience :10 Years+.

Location : Pan India || Work Mode : Remote.

Shift Timing 11 :00 AM to 8 :00 PM.

Expected Skills :

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and highly available systems from scratch or evolve existing platforms with modern best practices.

- Own the technical vision and roadmap for critical platforms and applications, and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Evaluate and select design patterns, architectural styles (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless), and integration strategies that fit the project context.

- Lead and participate in solutioning discussions with product managers, developers, and DevOps to define the most effective technical strategies.

- Produce architecture blueprints, high-level and low-level design documents, and oversee their successful implementation.

- Drive technical quality, performance optimization, and scalability improvements across the application stack.

- Provide hands-on guidance in coding, reviewing pull requests, and debugging production issues when necessary.

- Collaborate with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and logging strategies.

- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools, and champion innovation within engineering teams.

- Act as a technical mentor and coach for development teams, sharing knowledge around best practices, architecture decisions, and career growth.

- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and other regulatory standards through proper architectural design.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4+ years in a technical/solution architect role.

- Strong hands-on knowledge in :

1. Backend : Node.js, Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django)

2. Frontend : React.js / Angular (preferred)

3. Database systems : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

4. Cloud : AWS / GCP / Azure architectural design and cloud-native development

5. Messaging & Streaming : Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.

- Deep understanding of system design, software architecture principles, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Solid knowledge of microservices, monolith-to-microservice transitions, and API Gateway patterns.

- Strong understanding of DevOps tooling and practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or similar).

- Expertise in scalability, availability, and performance tuning.

- Proven experience in solutioning complex business problems with clean and maintainable technical solutions.

- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

- Proficient in writing architecture artifacts, diagrams, and documentation using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or similar.
