Job Title : Technical Scrum Master

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile project management and facilitate the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in REST API development with Java Spring Boot and have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies to drive team performance and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, helping remove impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Support teams in adopting Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to enhance delivery efficiency.

- Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, track tasks, and report on project status.

- Provide coaching and guidance to teams on Agile principles, practices, and mindset to improve team dynamics and performance.

- Manage and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a healthy and productive working environment.

- Collaborate with technical teams, particularly those working on REST API development using Java Spring Boot.

- Knowledge or experience with IIB/ACE, IBM MQ, or Kafka is a plus.

Technical Skills & Experience :

Must-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

- Hands-on experience with REST API development using Java Spring Boot.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.

- Familiarity with IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ, or Kafka.

- Strong understanding of team dynamics, conflict resolution, and servant leadership.

- Ability to effectively use project management and collaboration tools.

- Proven experience coaching teams to adopt Agile practices and improve their delivery capabilities.
