Technical Salesforce Manager

Role : Technical Salesforce Manager.

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and deliver projects involving the Salesforce platform.

- Design and oversee Salesforce architecture to align with business processes.

- Ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce with Enterprise systems through APIs and middleware.

- Overseeing Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic goals.

- Collaborating with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts to deliver solutions.

- Drive Program and Delivery Management activities, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Provide System Design & Architecture oversight, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

- Oversee and guide API development efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices and enterprise integration standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Proven experience in Engineering management or Delivery Management within complex, multi-team environments.

- Strong expertise in System Design & Architecture and familiarity with enterprise-grade technology stacks.

- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with API development (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and integration patterns.

- Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including :

1. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

2. Salesforce AppExchange solutions.

3. Apex programming, Lightning components, and Flow automation.

4. Salesforce security, data model design, and role-based access control.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications, data warehouses, and middleware platforms.

- Exposure to Agile, SAFe, or similar delivery frameworks.
