Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical QA Architect to join our Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE). This strategic role is pivotal in defining, leading, and scaling quality engineering practices across the organization. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to drive enterprise-wide QA standards, automation frameworks, and modern testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement enterprise-wide QA strategies, frameworks, and best practices

- Architect scalable test automation solutions across diverse platforms

- Drive adoption of shift-left testing and DevTestOps principles

- Recommend and standardize tools for automation, performance, and security testing

- Act as a QA evangelist, mentoring engineering teams on quality-first approaches

- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to foster continuous improvement

- Establish governance around test environments, data management, and release readiness

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure robust, maintainable testing solutions

Required Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a QA Architect or senior QA leader in complex, enterprise environments

- Deep expertise in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)

- Hands-on integration of test automation within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

- Strong coding experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python

- Proficient in tools like Postman, Rest Assured, JMeter, Gatling

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices testing approaches

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
