Role Overview

In this role, you will plan, execute, and manage projects while ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high standards, and fostering collaboration between technical teams and clients.

The ideal candidate will also explore and integrate AI tools where applicable to enhance project management and development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate effectively between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to align project goals.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring progress is tracked and goals are met.

- Lead technical discussions, translating client requirements into actionable tasks and setting priorities for the team.

- Leverage AI tools to streamline project planning, task allocation, and performance tracking.

- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure projects meet technical standards and client expectations.

- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.

- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal leadership on project progress.

- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies to guide the team effectively.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong technical background in WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and customizations.

- Familiarity with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

- Expertise in WooCommerce and WordPress Multisite.

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

- Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance project management processes.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of performance optimization and website security best practices.

- Understanding of SEO principles and their application in WordPress projects.

- Experience in implementing AI-driven project management solutions or automation.
