Technical Project Manager - Salesforce Platform

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager with Solution Architecture exposure and working knowledge of SAP RISE to lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement initiatives.

The role involves end-to-end project delivery, technical oversight, and stakeholder coordination in an Agile environment.

Skill / Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on Salesforce experience

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager and Solution Architect in Salesforce programs

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard/custom objects, workflows, automation, and security

- Exposure to or working knowledge of SAP RISE and SAP S/4HANA integration landscapes is preferred

- Experience with SalesforceSAP integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS platforms

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

- Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, enterprise environment

Preferred :

- Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Architect)

- Experience with global or multi-org Salesforce implementations

- Knowledge of CPQ, FSL, or Marketing Cloud

- Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado)

Certification Required :

- PMP

Job Responsibilities :

Project & Program Management :

- Lead Salesforce technical projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality adherence

- Manage cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, integration teams, QA, and external vendors

- Own project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and status reporting to senior stakeholders

- Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership :

- Act as Salesforce Solution Architect, defining scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures

- Design end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform)

- Define integration architecture between Salesforce and SAP systems, including SAP RISE environments

- Review and approve technical designs, data models, APIs, and integration patterns

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce and SAP best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines

SalesforceSAP Integration :

- Provide architectural oversight for SalesforceSAP integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns

- Collaborate with SAP teams to align Salesforce solutions with SAP RISE, S/4HANA, and enterprise ERP landscapes

- Ensure data consistency, transaction integrity, and error-handling across systems

Stakeholder & Governance Management :

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders and leadership

- Translate business requirements into technical and architectural solutions

- Ensure proper documentation, design governance, and change management processes

- Support release management, production deployments, and post-go-live stabilisation.
