Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Management :
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation measures.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budget and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Technical Leadership :
- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled developers, DBAs, and testers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement PL/SQL solutions.
- Review and approve technical designs and code to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Oversee database performance tuning and optimization activities.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients.
- Address client concerns and provide timely solutions.
Process Improvement :
- Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining project workflows.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Proficiency in Oracle Database systems and related technologies.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and tools.
- Proven experience in managing technical projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.
- Experience in leading and managing technical teams, including developers, DBAs, and testers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interface with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Knowledge of additional database technologies or scripting languages.
- Experience in integrating PL/SQL solutions with other enterprise systems
