Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in .NET, C#, and MVC to lead and manage software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling large-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives using .NET technologies.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Plan, track, and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, coding standards, and project documentation.

- Mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and escalate when necessary.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12 to 18 years of experience in software development and project management.

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks.

- Experience managing end-to-end software projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Excellent understanding of SDLC, project management methodologies, and software delivery processes.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
