Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Navigation Systems - Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of defense-grade navigation systems, from requirements definition through MIL-spec validation and field deployment.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining deep navigation systems expertise with program ownership across hardware, algorithms, integration, testing, and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own end-to-end delivery of navigation systems for defense applications

2. Lead system-level architecture and integration across sensors, embedded hardware, and algorithms

3. Drive development and validation of multi-sensor navigation solutions (GNSS, INS, magnetometers, aiding sensors)

4. Ensure MIL-spec / defense standards compliance, including documentation, testing, and acceptance

5. Act as primary technical authority, coordinating hardware, firmware, algorithm, and systems teams

6. Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and actively manage technical risks and dependencies

7. Lead verification, validation, and field trials under operational conditions

8. Interface with internal leadership and external stakeholders on progress, risks, and delivery

9. Support design reviews, technical reports, and program documentation for defense programs

Required Expertise:

1. 10-15 years in navigation or defense systems (MIL-spec experience mandatory)

2. Strong background in GNSS, INS, sensor fusion, Kalman filtering

3. Experience with GNSS-denied navigation and sensor error modeling

4. Hands-on exposure to IMUs, embedded platforms, HW-SW co-design

5. Proven delivery of MIL-grade / defense navigation systems
