About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager with a strong engineering background who has grown through the ranks from Developer to PM/Tech BA and understands both the technical and delivery aspects of building scalable digital products. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between developers and clients, ensuring seamless execution and delivery across the board.

Note : This is a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary liaison between the development team and clients, ensuring business objectives align with technical execution.

- Lead and guide developers by providing architectural direction, code-level input, and performance feedback.

- Conduct regular client meetings to present progress, address concerns, and defend delivery timelines and decisions.

- Translate business requirements into actionable technical stories and ensure successful sprint execution.

- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to release.

- Ensure code quality, technical documentation, and process adherence across the team.

Preferred Tech Stack :

- Frontend : React.js

- Backend : Express.js / Node.js

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Required Qualifications :

- 7- 9 years of experience in software development and project management.

- Proven track record of growing from a hands-on Developer to a Project Manager or Technical Business Analyst.

- Must NOT be from an MBA-only background; solid developer roots are essential.

- Excellent communication and client management skills ability to handle challenging conversations with confidence.

- Agile/Scrum methodology experience is preferred.
