- Overall 12+ years of experience out of which at least 5+ years in planning and execution of large size, complex projects.

- Must possess problem solving skills, ability to understand technical problems and facilitate solutions

- Experience in stakeholder management with global client tele

- Good at setting client expectations

- Good at negotiating and persuading

- Proficient in managing Agile based projects

- Thorough in Project Management Knowledge area and should be able showcase with real-time examples

- Should be able to report project progress in an objective manner using KPI(s) on Project Management and Agile

- Good at communication; should be able to articulate and communicate to the point, with client and internal stakeholders

- Important to have knowledge of ALM and DevOps with hands-on experience in managing projects with implementation

- Good at people management - conflict resolution, motivation, mentoring, providing leadership

- Nice to have experience in managing Fixed Bid projects

- Help pre-sales team in estimation process, preparing proposal and provide information for RFP/RFI
