Technical Project Manager - Data Engineering

Job Description :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs involving data ingestion, data modeling, ETL modernization, automation workflows, and analytics deployments.

- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, integrated schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, and milestone dashboards.

- Drive project governance, ensuring cross-team alignment, timely escalation, and executive visibility.

Technical Execution & Oversight :

- Provide technical leadership during solution design, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and manufacturing requirements.

- Review SQL logic, validate ETL workflows, support Python-based automation, and coordinate functional/technical testing with engineering teams.

- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

- Partner with Product Owners to ensure stories are well-defined, prioritized, and tied to measurable outcomes.

- Track sprint velocity, capacity planning, throughput, and cross-team dependencies.

- Partner with teams building and deploying Power Automate flows, business process automations, and integration workflows.

- Oversee delivery of Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, DAX/SQL alignment, and business usability.

- Support analytics and reporting initiatives requiring coordinated updates across datasets, APIs, pipelines, and business processes.

Manufacturing & Operations Collaboration :

- Ensure technical solutions meet manufacturing readiness requirements, data quality standards, and uptime/latency expectations.
