About the Role :

USEReady is hiring a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, and Gen AI projects across global clients.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in the Oil & Gas industry, excellent project delivery skills, and deep understanding of cloud data platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering, BI, analytics, and cloud migration projects.

- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plans.

- Manage budgets, risk, compliance, and project governance.

- Deliver using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.

- Translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Manage cross-functional teams Data Engineers, BI Developers, Analysts, QA.

- Provide C-suite updates, monthly/quarterly reviews, and performance reports.

- Oversee BI projects using Power BI or Tableau.

- Manage cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery.

- Ensure data quality, security, and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications :

- 15+ years of total experience with 8+ years in project/program management

- Strong experience in the Oil & Gas domain

Preferred Certifications :

- PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM

- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Tableau / Power BI certifications (DA-100, PL-300, etc.)

Technical Expertise :

- Cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP

- BI Tools : Power BI, Tableau

- Data platforms : Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery

- ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, governance, security, privacy
