Job Title : Technical Project Manager Data Analytics.

Location : Ahmedabad.

Experience : 6 - 10 years total experience(At least 4+ years in Data / Analytics projects).

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager Data Analytics who can own analytics projects end-to-end from client requirement understanding and solution design to technical execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Interaction & Requirement Understanding :

- Participate in and lead client calls, requirement discussions, and review meetings.

- Understand client business use cases and convert them into clear analytics and technical requirements.

- Prepare and maintain requirement documents, dashboards specs, and acceptance criteria.

- Act as the primary point of contact for analytics delivery with the client.

Solution Design & Technical Ownership :

- Design analytics solutions including :

1. Data ingestion and transformation approach.

2. KPI and metric definitions.

3. Data modeling strategy (STAR / Snowflake).

4. BI and reporting layer.

- Provide technical direction to Data Analysts and Engineers.

- Review SQL queries, transformations, and dashboard logic to ensure correctness and performance.

- Support architectural decisions while balancing cost, scale, and timelines.

Project Execution & Delivery :

- Own the complete delivery lifecycle requirement ,design , development , testing , deployment.

- Break requirements into clear tasks and manage execution using tools like Jira.

- Track progress, dependencies, and risks; escalate proactively when needed.

- Ensure deliveries meet agreed timelines and quality expectations.

ETL, Data Modeling & Quality :

- Guide teams on Full Load and Incremental Load ETL strategies.

- Ensure data quality checks and validation processes are in place.

- Oversee schema evolution, data refresh logic, and handling of data issues.

- Ensure delivered data is reliable, consistent, and analytics-ready.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

Analytics & BI :

- Strong experience in data analytics and BI project delivery.

- Hands-on experience with at least two BI / visualization tools, such as :

1. Power BI.

2. AWS QuickSight.

3. Tableau.

4. Google Looker Studio.

- Experience defining business KPIs, metrics, and dashboard layouts.

- Ability to explain analytics insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Data Platforms & Processing :

- Experience working with one or more modern data platforms, such as :

1. Microsoft Fabric.

2. Databricks.

3. AWS Athena.

4. AWS Glue.

5. GCP Data Pipeline.

- Understanding of how data flows from source systems to analytics and dashboards.

Technical Foundation :

- Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions).

- Working knowledge of Python for data processing (pandas, notebooks).

- Good understanding of data warehouse modeling concepts.

Delivery & Communication :

- Experience managing client-facing analytics projects.

- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Good-to-Have :

- Basic understanding of data security concepts (API keys, access control).

- Experience working with US / Europe clients.
