Technical Project Manager (Tech PM)

Notice Period : Immediate to 1 Month

Work Mode : 5 Days Work from Office (Mandatory)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (Tech PM) to lead and manage technology-driven initiatives within the Banking domain, specifically Cards and Payments. The ideal candidate should have strong techno-functional expertise, hands-on Agile delivery experience, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects in the Banking (Cards & Payments) domain.

- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using Agile methodologies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and external teams.

- Oversee system development, integrations, deployments, and UAT activities.

- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines using JIRA and Confluence.

- Ensure adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager / Techno-Functional PM.

- Strong experience in the Banking domain, specifically Cards and Payments.

- Proven Agile delivery experience.

- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.

Strong understanding of :

- System development lifecycle (SDLC)

- API concepts and API integrations

- Application deployments

- UAT planning and execution

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Additional Requirements :

- Willingness to work 5 days from office at client site (Gurugram).

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and complex project environments.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience managing large-scale or enterprise banking technology projects.

- Exposure to digital payments platforms and integrations
