Molex is seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager to be part of our strong Engineering Team to develop new products that we are bringing to market.

You will be a part of our cross functional team and collaborate internationally with our design teams.

What You Will Do :

- Ensure successful execution of Engineering activities in a product development project.

- Coordination and alignment of Engineering planning and monitoring activities (scope, schedule, resources, budget etc.

- Cross functional collaboration with stakeholders from sales, plants, product management and engineering teams.

- Represent the Engineering discipline in program meetings and towards the customer to align Engineering activities with the cross-functional team on program level.

- Identify "scope creep" make sure that all changes which the customer demands outside of the requirements are marked and treated as change requests coordinate the corresponding change management procedures for engineering.

- Provide support in customer and supplier communication as well as in audits.

- Deal with problems and escalations within the development lifecycle and ensure their swift and satisfactory resolution.

- Reporting of development progress to the engineering management and the related program manager.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) :

- 5 year+ experience in the development and management of projects preferably in the industrial/ automotive domain.

- Very good project management and strong problem solving, risk management and leadership skills.

- Very good leadership skills in an intercultural environment.

- Good understanding of embedded systems development.

- Strong networking and communication skills.

- Good knowledge of internal product development processes (e.g PDP, requirements management, change management).

What Will Put You Ahead :

- Experience in Polarion or any other Project Management tool.

- PMP or Equivalent certifications.

- Fundamentals on quality standards.
