- Responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with a high degree of quality.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for actively engaging with cross-functional technical and product management teams to prioritize tasks/work effort by understanding scope, requirements, level of effort, and pipeline, and clarify tradeoffs when changes are made to that plan.

- Create and monitor active work, backlog, priorities and risks to team members, internal and external stakeholders.

- Provide advice to business partners on options to accomplish requested projects.

- Manage project documentation and report on project status, backlog, and resources.

- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.

- Implement, measure and report on key performance indicators and ensure project dashboards are up to date.

- Adhere to enterprise-wide project management methodology standards.

Qualifications :

Required :

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

- At least 3 years experience with project coordination or management of IT and/or software development projects.

- Proven track record leading agile development teams and delivering enterprise software projects on time and within budget.

- Expert in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

- Strong technical background with ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated experience with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project and creating detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations.

Preferred :

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

- Understand fundamentals of release and change management to deliver successful projects.
