Position - Technical Project Manager

Exp - 5 to 9 years

Location - Bangalore ( Hybrid - 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH )

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a technology-focused environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and software architecture is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

- Manage project budgets and resource forecasts.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the project team.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
