About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven project management expertise to ensure successful delivery of software, infrastructure, or product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project management for technical initiatives from planning and requirements gathering to delivery and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, QA, design, and operations to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.

- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining high quality standards.

- Track project performance and report key metrics to leadership.

- Identify, mitigate, and manage risks and issues proactively.

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.

- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred).

- 510 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a technical or software development environment.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

- Hands-on technical background or experience working closely with developers, architects, and QA teams.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
