We're looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager with at least 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience. This unique hybrid role requires a professional who can seamlessly blend technical expertise with project leadership and client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will take ownership of both the technical execution and delivery management, acting as a crucial link between client stakeholders and the development team. You'll be responsible for translating business requirements into technical tasks, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management & Client Interaction :

- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating requirement-gathering sessions and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project status, manage risks and issues, and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.

- Work closely with development managers, leads, and QA teams to define schedules, allocate resources, and make key implementation decisions.

Technical Development & Support :

- Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries, procedures, and database objects in Oracle.

- Contribute to the development and optimization of Apache Spark-based batch jobs and large-scale data processing pipelines.

- Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.

- Support the development team in troubleshooting issues and resolving production defects.

Documentation & Coordination :

- Maintain clear and concise project documentation, status reports, and release plans.

- Coordinate and support production releases in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- 5+ years of professional Java development experience with a strong background in backend system design.

Technical Proficiency :

- Expertise in Oracle SQL and relational databases.

- Experience with batch processing systems and exposure to Apache Spark or equivalent large-scale data processing frameworks.

- A strong understanding of job scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys.
