We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in project coordination and technical program management. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing cross-functional engineering projects, driving execution, and ensuring smooth delivery of high-impact technology initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects across engineering, product, and design teams.

- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project tracking using tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.

- Collaborate with engineering leads and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Monitor project health, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.

- Establish clear communication channels between teams and provide regular project updates

to stakeholders and leadership.

- Maintain strong documentation of processes, decisions, and project progress.

- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in project execution frameworks.

Requirements :

- 2 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or Project Coordination roles.

- Strong understanding of engineering workflows, agile methodologies, and SDLC processes.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Preferred background : Product Startup Companies.

- Highly preferred background : Online Gaming Companies with exposure to managing

engineering/product roadmaps in gaming environments
