Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project management for multiple SaaS initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, scope control, and alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and QA teams to define technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Own and manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum methodology).

- Track project progress using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Linear, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Facilitate risk management, change control, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders, leadership, and external partners.

- Ensure cross-functional alignment on goals, milestones, and timelines, especially between product and technical teams.

- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and team velocity through retrospectives and data-driven feedback loops.

- Coordinate go-to-market readiness with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams for feature or product launches.

- Handle vendor coordination, compliance requirements, and technical documentation (if applicable).

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven track record managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), DevOps processes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with modern project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, ClickUp, or Asana.

- Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Figma, Productboard, Miro) and APIs.

- Technical background or experience working with engineering teams; ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery and outcomes

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points) :

- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe.

- Familiarity with AI/ML, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2), or security-focused projects.

- Understanding of SaaS metrics like churn, ARR, CAC, NRR.
