Looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of SaaS, Data, Cloud & GenAI programs for global customers.

We're looking for someone with strong technical understanding, delivery ownership, customer-facing experience, and the ability to challenge technical decisions and drive projects from discovery to production and hypercare.

Technical Experience Required :

- AWS / Azure / GCP, DevOps & CI/CD

- REST APIs & system integrations

- Microservices architecture

- Event-driven architecture

- Backend systems and system design

- Scalability, reliability, fault tolerance & performance

- Deployment and production lifecycle

- Observability logging, monitoring & tracing

- Shift-left testing, security & automation

Required Skills :

- 8 - 12 years of overall experience with 4+ years leading cross-functional software/product delivery.

- Proven experience delivering software from concept to production in a service-delivery environment.

- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, estimation, release planning and project execution.

- Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders and project teams.

- Experience with integrations such as REST APIs, IdP, payment gateways, CRM, ERP and POS.

- Strong understanding of Cloud, CI/CD and deployment lifecycle.

- Experience working with global customers, particularly US/EU, in customer-facing delivery roles.

- Ability to participate in architecture and system-design discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience working in a mid-sized IT services/service-delivery organization.

Mandatory Requirements :

- PMP and/or CSM certification.

- BE/MS in Computer Science or a related discipline.
