- Knowledge of PHP/MEAN/MERN.

- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello).

- Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation through completion.

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.

- Proven experience working with UK/AUS/US based business teams.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Project Planning : Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Technical Understanding : Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and understand how system dependencies affect project outcomes.

- Risk and Issue Management : Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to minimize project impact.

- Resource Management : Coordinate internal resources along with cross business unit teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

- Quality and Delivery Assurance : Ensure technical deliverables meet defined requirements, compliance, and performance standards.

- Process Improvement : Drive consistency in project management practices and identify opportunities to optimize delivery efficiency.
