We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of technical projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Planning & Execution : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring that project scope, goals, and deliverables are well-defined and achievable.

- Stakeholder Management : Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain regular communication to keep everyone aligned with project goals and timelines.

- Team Coordination : Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and project deadlines are met.

- Risk Management : Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that all project risks are communicated and managed appropriately.

- Agile Methodologies : Implement and oversee Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure that all technical aspects of the project adhere to quality standards, and conduct reviews to ensure the technical solution meets project requirements.

- Budget and Schedule Management : Track and control project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that the project remains within scope and is delivered on time.

- Reporting & Documentation : Prepare regular project updates, status reports, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed. Maintain proper project documentation, including requirements, plans, and risk assessments.

- Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance productivity, quality, and team collaboration.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing software or technical development projects.

- Strong technical background with knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working closely with engineering teams.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or CRM certification is highly desirable.

- Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Work experience in a Healthcare/pharmaceutical domain.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

- Knowledge of data management, security, and scalable systems.

- Experience with storage optimizations and management.

- Experience with AI, analytics, Power BI/ Python as an advantage.

- Work experience in SAAS based Applications.

Nice to have Skills :

- Experience with ISO certification.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Working Days : 5 days (Monday To Friday)

Timings : 10:00am to 7:00pm
