Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to act as the strategic bridge between our business objectives and technical execution. With over 6 years of experience, you will take total ownership of the project lifecycle, ensuring that high-quality technical solutions are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, manage cross-functional teams, and adapt project methodologies to fit the unique needs of each delivery.


Key Responsibilities :


1. Project Leadership & Lifecycle Management Full Ownership :


- Lead projects from initial discovery and requirement gathering through to development, testing, and final closure.


- Outcome-Focused Delivery: Drive results across both business and technology streams, ensuring that technical outputs align with overarching business value.


- Proactively manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets to prevent scope creep and financial overruns.


2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management C-Level Communication :


- Confidently present updates, risks, and strategic pivots to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.


- Work closely with the PMO and leadership teams to ensure project alignment with the broader company roadmap.


- Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery.


3. Risk Mitigation & Process Excellence Proactive Risk Management :


- Identify potential bottlenecks and technical risks early; develop and execute robust mitigation plans.


- Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks flexibly based on project needs rather than following a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach.


- Maintain high-visibility project dashboards and documentation to keep all parties informed of progress and health.


What We Are Looking For Proven Track Record :


- At least 6+ years of dedicated experience in Project Management within a technical or software development environment.


- Tooling Expertise : Power-user level proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.


Soft Skills :


- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- You should be able to translate "tech-speak" into "business-speak" effortlessly.


- Flexibility : Must be comfortable and productive working in US Time Zones to ensure real-time collaboration with international stakeholders.


Education & Certifications : Bachelors degree in CS, Engineering, or Business. PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications are highly preferred.
