We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex, high-impact technical projects and manage cross-functional teams delivering innovative technology solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation combined with proven project management expertise, enabling seamless execution of strategic initiatives while ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.

Technical Project Manager (QA) | 13Y+ || Coimbatore (WFO) || F2F Required ||

Scope Of Work :
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projectsfrom planning and scoping through execution, monitoring, and closure

- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, development, QA, and operations

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed project plans, including timelines, resourcing, and risk mitigation

- Drive clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates, risks, and dependencies

- Enable decision-making and conflict resolution to ensure smooth project execution

- Identify, track, and proactively mitigate project risks and delivery challenges

- Ensure delivery of high-quality, technically sound solutions aligned with standards and requirements

- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, optimizing efficiency and delivery outcomes

- Promote continuous improvement through post-project reviews, lessons learned, and best practices

Required Skills :
- 1114 years of experience in Technical Project Management, preferably in software or IT projects

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

- Solid technical background with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders

- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and problem-solving

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience managing onshore and offshore teams across different time zones

- Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and documentation

- Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities

Desired Skills :
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools

- Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost optimization

- Understanding of web or mobile technologies or relevant domain expertise
