We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage complex technical projects, ensure timely delivery, and drive Agile practices across teams.

The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, technical understanding, and excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Manage timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management for multiple projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and deliverables.

- Drive Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure adherence to project management and technical best practices, standards, and quality processes.

- Identify technical and project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

- Maintain transparent project communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

- Monitor project progress, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership and clients.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing, technical discussions, and decision-making across teams.

- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes.

- Ensure effective vendor or third-party coordination when required for project execution.

- Oversee deployment, integration, and post-production support to ensure project success.

- Mentor team members on project management practices, Agile principles, and technical considerations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8 years of experience, including 3 years in Project Management.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.

- Technical understanding of software development processes and tools.

- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Strong team-building, mentoring, and conflict resolution capabilities.

Preferred Certifications :

- PMP (Project Management Professional).

- PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
