Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager who can drive complex projects with confidence and clarity. The ideal candidate will bring strong planning skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage delivery timelines in dynamic environments. A professional certification in project management is preferred to ensure structured execution and governance.

Responsibilities :

- Develop detailed project roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies.

- Manage project scope, budgets, and delivery commitments across multiple teams.

- Facilitate sprint planning, review meetings, and cross-team collaboration sessions.

- Ensure clear communication between technical teams, leadership, and clients.

- Monitor project performance using metrics, KPIs, and progress tracking tools.

- Identify risks early, create mitigation plans, and drive timely resolutions.

- Maintain project documentation, compliance reports, and change logs.

- Lead post-project reviews, conduct root cause analysis, and propose improvements.

Required Experience & Skill Set :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience in an IT or technology-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project delivery methodologies.

- Proven ability to handle multi-team, multi-phase projects end-to-end.

- Expertise in dependency mapping, risk assessment, governance processes, and project controls.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.

- Exposure to managing distributed or hybrid teams.

- Ability to support organizational process improvements and change initiatives.
