Technical Project Manager

Description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead, plan, and execute technology projects across the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with technical knowledge to bridge the gap between engineering teams, product stakeholders, and business units.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Track project progress using Agile or Waterfall methodologies and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, reporting deviations and corrective actions.

- Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and UX/UI teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Understand technical requirements and constraints to provide accurate project estimations and solutions.

- Facilitate technical discussions, requirements clarification, and decision-making processes.

- Identify dependencies, technical risks, and potential bottlenecks, proposing mitigation plans.

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients regarding project updates, risks, and decisions.

- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables clearly to all relevant parties.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.

- Implement and enforce project management best practices, processes, and tools.

- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics for transparency and reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5- 8 years of project management experience in software development or IT projects.

- Proven track record managing complex technical projects, preferably in Agile environments.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and technology stacks.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and software integration concepts.

- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, codebases, and system architecture diagrams.
