About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent leadership and project management skills to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple technology projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.

- Drive technical discussions with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure effective execution.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

- Manage Agile / Scrum / Waterfall project methodologies based on project needs.

- Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation, and quality standards.

- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

- Coordinate with vendors or third-party partners for integrations, tools, and technical solutions.

- Support team mentoring, performance tracking, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 812 years of experience in software development / IT project management, including at least 3 years in a project management or delivery leadership role.

- Strong technical background with working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.

- Excellent understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software architecture (microservices, APIs, integrations).

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
