About The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful delivery of technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale IT/software projects in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple domains ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.

- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Manage cross-functional global teams including developers, QA, architects, and vendors.

- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Drive agile/scrum or hybrid methodologies as per project needs.

- Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency in project delivery.

- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong background in IT project management (Software Development, ERP, Cloud, or Digital Transformation).

- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle large-scale enterprise projects with distributed teams.

- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.

- Hands-on technical understanding in areas like Cloud (AWS/Azure), AI/ML, SaaS, or Enterprise Applications is a plus.
