We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a robust background in technology. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience as a developer or QA and demonstrate a proven track record of managing teams and delivering technical projects. This role is critical in bridging technical expertise and project management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Track and report project progress, proactively addressing potential risks and issues.

Technical Leadership :

- Leverage experience in development or QA to provide guidance to the team.

- Conduct technical reviews and provide input to ensure the quality and feasibility of deliverables.

- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Team Management :

- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and clear communication.

- Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.

Process Optimization :

- Implement and improve project management methodologies and best practices.

- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and software development standards.

- Continuously evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience :

Technical Background :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA).

- Hands-on experience in development or QA for at least 3 years.

- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java, or QA.

Project Management Expertise :

- At least 2 years of experience in a team management or project management role.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.

- Minimum of 5 years in technology roles with a mix of technical and management experience.

Desired Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic environments.

- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus.
