About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead large, complex, and high-impact projects across regions and globally. In this role, you will manage customer project delivery, ensure alignment with business and revenue goals, and oversee cross-functional teams of 40+ members.

You will be responsible for client engagement at the C-suite level, project financials, and timely delivery while driving innovation, operational excellence, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end customer project delivery across multiple regions or globally.

- Handle high-risk and high-complexity projects, including legal and commercial aspects.

- Oversee project financials, ensuring budget adherence and accurate forecasting.

- Build and manage strong client relationships, engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders.

- Lead, mentor, and manage large project teams (40+ resources) including internal and external contributors.

- Provide detailed performance reviews and guide team members for professional development.

- Drive projects to successful completion by applying advanced scheduling and coordination techniques.

Ideal Candidate Profile :


- 10- 12 years of project management experience with proven success in large-scale, complex projects.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

- PMP Certification and Agile Scrum (CSM) certification required.

- Strong knowledge of project management policies, methodologies, and frameworks.

- Deep expertise in Datacenter, Application Migrations, Implementations, and DevOps Solutions.

- Hands-on experience in Cloud Solutions and modern technologies.

- Recognized as a leader in the PM professional community.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
