About the Role :

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development and program management, preferably in the US Banking or Fintech domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python, Java, SQL, and GCP, along with proven experience in managing technical projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Drive execution of projects involving Python, Java, SQL, and cloud-based solutions (GCP).

- Implement Agile methodologies and best practices for project tracking, risk management, and delivery.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients/stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and proactively drive resolutions.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in software development & program/project management.

- Strong expertise in Python, Java, SQL.

- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Proven track record of managing technical projects in BFSI/Fintech domain.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to Machine Learning/AI-driven solutions.

- Experience in US banking systems and regulatory frameworks.

- Certifications like PMP, CSM, or GCP certifications.
