About the Role :

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.


This role requires hands-on experience in project management along with a strong understanding of software development processes, stakeholder management, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and product managers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Create and maintain technical documentation such as PRDs, FRDs, user manuals, and process documents.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks.

- Facilitate client demos, internal training, and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Monitor project progress using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve project roadblocks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management with exposure to technical projects.

- Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear and detailed technical documents.

- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).

- Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and conducting technical presentations.

- Experience in requirement gathering, project coordination, and client-facing interactions.

- Ability to work in a start-up environment and adapt to changing priorities.
