Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex software development and IT projects across cross-functional teams.

This role combines strong technical acumen with exceptional project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for software development, cloud, infrastructure, or product initiatives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, QA, DevOps, and business units to gather requirements, define scope, and create execution plans.

- Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.

- Track project milestones and deliverables using Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.

- Lead sprint ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, reviews), backlog grooming, and velocity tracking.

- Identify and resolve project issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks promptly.

- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Ensure technical feasibility, solution quality, and adherence to security and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with third-party vendors or offshore teams as required.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in project management, including technical project delivery

- Strong background in software development, cloud technologies, or enterprise IT systems

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams in a dynamic environment

- Proficient in project management tools : JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, etc.

- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes

- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities

- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Nice to Have :

- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification

- Background as a developer, QA, or technical lead

- Experience working with offshore/remote teams and vendor management

- Knowledge of budgeting and project financials

- Domain experience in fintech, healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise software
